This year, the organization 'European Region of the Year' has awarded Kyiv with its honorary title. In the framework of this event, Xavier Tudela, the president of the European Region of the Year organization will arrive in Ukraine's capital in the end of November to sigh the Agreement on Kyiv's nomination for the title
